Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about our Hoi An / Da Nang → Lao Bao visa run and the 90-day Vietnam e-visa extension service.

How long does the visa run take?

It’s designed as a same-day 12-hour round trip. Depart in the morning and return by evening.

How much does it cost?

3,500,000 VND per car from Hoi An, or 3,200,000 VND per car from Da Nang. Each car fits up to 4 passengers.

Do you operate on weekends and holidays?

Yes — we run 365 days a year (weekends, holidays, festivals), so you won’t miss your deadline.

Is it safe for solo travelers?

Absolutely. Professional English-speaking staff, comfortable vehicles, and smooth border assistance.

What should I bring?

Passport, current visa documents, and any supporting paperwork. We also suggest water, snacks, and comfy clothing.

How do I book?

Book on our homepage or message us via WhatsApp/email. Reservations confirm instantly.

What’s the difference between flexible and fixed bookings?

Fixed-date runs leave on set departure times with other travelers and are best when you already know the exact day you need to exit Vietnam. Flexible runs are for people watching the 90-day clock—we hold a seat for your target week and stay in touch about availability so you can depart the moment you’re ready. Fixed trips cost less per person, while flexible service includes concierge monitoring and priority dispatch when a last-minute slot opens.

How does the 90-day e-visa service work?

When you submit the booking form you can add e-visa processing to your trip. Upload clear scans of your passport photo page and recent portrait, choose Standard/Fast/Rush speeds, and our visa desk files the application the moment you exit Vietnam. We email you the approval letter plus a WhatsApp follow-up, and the link stays available in your private download portal. Want the step-by-step? Read the full 90-day e-visa extension guide.

How long does e-visa processing take?

Processing time starts once immigration stamps you out at Lao Bao and you message us a photo of the exit stamp. Standard service takes 3–4 days, 2-Day and 1-Day options move through the expedited queue, and 4-hour/2-hour rush channels are for emergencies when you need to re-enter on the same day. Border systems sometimes lag behind Hanoi’s immigration database by up to an hour, so even rush approvals may require a short wait before you re-enter Vietnam.

Do I need a visa to enter Laos?

Most nationalities we serve are visa-exempt for Laos when entering at Lao Bao. If you hold a passport that requires a Lao visa, please arrange it in advance or come prepared for visa-on-arrival: bring a passport photo plus roughly 1.5 million VND (or equivalent USD) for the fee. Let us know your nationality on the booking form and we’ll double-check the latest entry rules for you.
