90-Day Vietnam E-Visa Extension Guide

How the add-on works

The moment you submit our booking form you can upload everyone’s passport photo page and portrait. We encrypt the files, drop them into your booking folder, and prep the 90-day e-visa submission so it’s ready the second Lao Bao stamps you out. You’ll receive:

Official payment receipts plus download links for every traveler, stored in your booking folder.

Document checklist

You can upload up to 10 documents at once. PDFs and JPG/PNG files under 8 MB are accepted.

Processing speeds

Standard: 3–4 business days after we submit (best when you can linger in Laos).
2-Day / 1-Day: expedited queue with priority follow-up from our team.
4-Hour / 2-Hour Rush: for emergencies when you must re-enter Vietnam the same day.

Border databases may refresh 30–60 minutes after approval, so even rush travelers should expect a short wait before re-entry.

Timeline at a glance

1. Before departure: Submit the booking form, choose your e-visa speed, and upload documents.
2. Lao Bao exit: Take a clear photo of the exit stamp and send it to us via WhatsApp.
3. Visa desk submission: We file immediately, monitor status, and forward every update.
4. Approval + download: Receive the PDF approval letter plus a secure download link stored in your booking folder.
5. Re-entry: Show the approval at Vietnam immigration once the border system syncs.

When to upgrade to Rush

Choose Rush (4-hour or 2-hour) if you must re-enter the same day, have flights booked from Da Nang, or your previous visa expires within 24 hours. We’ll escalate your file, coordinate with immigration, and keep you updated so you can plan your return drive without guessing.

If you have at least 1–2 days of buffer in Laos, the Standard or 2-Day option saves money without risking overstays. We can switch tiers mid-trip if your schedule changes—just reply to our WhatsApp thread.

Upload the best version you have—we’ll crop/adjust where possible and tell you if a re-shoot is required.

Can I add travelers later?

Yes. Send us their documents and we’ll append them to your booking folder with a matching booking ID.

Do you keep my data?

Files stay inside your private booking folder (with access tokens) and are never shared beyond immigration requirements.
